I'm an easygoing kind of girl, cool and laid back, but with a horrendous temper once aroused. You probably won't ever see that side of me -few ever do- but it's there. I refuse to put up with bullshit and incompetent mothereffers telling me what they think I need to do in order to live a "respectable" life. Screw that. Anyone who truly knows me and has half a brain knows perfectly well that I have a good head on my shoulders.

I've seen a lot of terrible shit and faced many hardships in my short time on this earth so far- death, abuse, severe depression, and so much more. I once succumbed to the idea that I was a living, breathing tragedy and nearly took my own life several times because I never realized who I was, where my place was in life, and that people truly did care for me and valued my companionship. I'm not proud of this by any means, but it has made me the strong person I am today. I am a survivor, and wise beyond my years. If I had the option to go back now and change everything that's happened, I wouldn't, because I am thankful for the knowledge and understanding I've gained from all this.. I no longer bow to the ignorance of others who are cruel due to their own insecurities. I'm better than that.

I eat, sleep, breathe, and shit music. All kinds, but mostly hard rock, metal, industrial, darkwave, and I love classical. Nightwish and Dream Theater are definitely the top two bands I would like to meet at least once in my lifetime. They have inspired much of my own writing, and in a sense, my way of life. I sing and play keys, and have played other instruments in the past- electric violin, bass, and flute.

I also blog part time to earn a living- Idiot's Guide to Blogging and Don't Be Silent are my two current projects. I'd love to start another, but I don't have the time to invest at the moment.
